Using a Pipeline Approach for Enterprise Change

Consultancy companies of today need to manage enterprise change in a way that gives an effective implementation of appropriate solutions in a continuous matter. Working in projects has proven to be sufficient for temporary on takings, usually with a defined external order. However, enterprise changes actions often suffer from fluctuating resources due to parallel customer commitments with higher priority. This creates a different environment for enterprise change requiring a different approach.

Objectives

  • Define differences in enterprise change management within a consultancy company from client projects.
  • Present if/how the “pipeline” management model can be used for effective enterprise change implementation and demand management.
