We do require a university degree, but we do not ask for a ton of work experience. In fact, we are happy to invite fresh graduates and to come and work for us. We also employ interns during summer as well as during the rest of the year.
Some are "product people". Some are not. There is nothing wrong being either. Both are right and both are very much needed.
Dewire staff typically aren't "product people". We are consultants. Consultants tend to enjoy working across different industries, different tasks, different skill-sets. Constantly and curiously looking how to improve the world, and where.
Our operation is organized in client-dedicated projects. Depending on your skill-set and objective you can be member of an in-house agile delivery team or as a consultant at client's project facility .
